How it works
A clear process from first call to handoff
Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you know what to expect and what you will receive.
Discovery call
A short conversation to understand your environment, your goals, and any constraints such as timing, change windows or existing tools. There is no obligation.
Scoped proposal / SOW
You receive a written statement of work that defines the scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline and terms. Nothing starts until you approve it. Security assessments and any penetration testing require written authorization and a signed, scoped agreement.
Delivery
We carry out the work described in the SOW and keep you informed along the way. Changes to scope are discussed and agreed in writing.
Handoff documentation
You receive documentation of what was done, such as diagrams, configurations, findings and runbooks, so your team can operate and maintain the result.
What to have ready
- A rough description of your environment and what you want to achieve
- Any relevant constraints, such as deadlines or maintenance windows
- A point of contact who can approve scope and provide access
